EXPERIENCE

Grounded in decades of complex, large-scale development.

The combination is uncommon. Most people who understand wellness do not understand capital. Most people who understand development do not understand what the research says about how environments affect the human body and mind. Origin of Well exists in that gap.

Origin of Well was founded by Julie Somarriba. She has spent over 20 years building complex things at scale  -  campuses, civic infrastructure, and integrative health environments. She brings the financial fluency to hold her own in a boardroom and the design intelligence to know what the research says about how space shapes human health. That combination is rare. It's the foundation of everything Origin of Well does.
